these important details so that you are prepared for the ordering

1. Selecting Your Photos: Try
to pick photos that are clearly focused and sharp. If your photos
have more than one subject in it, please be clear and very specific
to me which person to be placed in each charm.
2. Label your photos for
clear and exactness: I
also request that you label the backs of your photos with
your name.
Also make sure to include the order which your subjects should line up…numbering
your photos works best for this process.
3. Cropping your subjects: The general way I
crop my subjects is to select out the face, hair, and sometimes
a bit of neck and shoulder. That’s it. If you would like something
different, please specify with your order. Please do not write
on your photos, do not point and do not circle subjects! I might
need the surrounding area for some purpose…thanks. With the larger
medallion charms, where more than one subject is squooshed in,
I will try to bring faces that are farther apart…closer together
to improve the look of your final product.
4. Rush Orders: An additional
$25 charge will be required for all rush orders. By this, I mean
any orders that are needed in less than 7 days from the order date.
(This is for all you last minute jobbers, especially at holiday
times.) ( I really don’t mind the last minute orders, so please
don’t be afraid or embarrassed to call me)
5.Payment: For your convenience, I do accept
checks (which should be included with your order) Mastercard
and Visa. You must also include a 6% sales tax for all CT residents.
